StartupMull was inspired by the excitement, frustration, joy and sleepless nights which go with setting up and running new businesses on and off the island.  The primary objective is to help promising new businesses on Mull get off the ground by awarding small but transformational grants.

Each grant is expected to be in the range of £5,000 to £10,000 and will be paid directly to the business.

Over time the plan is to build a larger grant fund to allow more grants to be offered.  If you are interested in contributing to this fund please do contact us.

StartupMull has established the StartupMull Trust which is managed by Foundation Scotland which will assess and make recommendations on applications for grants.
